Correct and Recovery Outreach, (C.A.R.) exist to challenge misleading and oppressive behaviors exhibited by the clients. We motivate and develop trusting relationships between our clients, their families, and our counselors. In order to perform this task, several steps are required to create stabilization:
· We seek to prevent at risk adolescents from encountering the Criminal Justice System by correcting behavior that is detrimental to their future by implementing a recovery plan that addresses issues and concerns for a healthy recovery.
· We assist adult clients who are having difficulty transitioning from adolescence into adulthood. This approach will help our goal to reduce the recidivism rate among our older population.
· We seek to prevent the dissolution of marriages through marital counseling held with a certified therapist.
C.A.R. is committed to its purpose by focusing on and correcting negligent adolescent and adult behavioral concerns early in the treatment plan. We will work with parents, schools, and other agencies to resolve negative interactions with our criminal justice system.
